For every process – from raw material input to the final valve output – we have implemented strict quality inspection and quality control guidelines. In house lab is built to do the chemical elements analysis, mechanical, impact testing and etc. Non-destructive tests such as an Ultrasonic test, Magnetic Particle test, Dye-penetration test, Radiographic test, and Positive Material Identifier (PMI) test are widely used. All and materials are registered in an internal tracking system to support ongoing quality control efforts.
